Enrique Chagoya was recently interview by the Metropolitan Museum of Art for 'The Artist Project.'
In the interview, Chagoya discusses Goya's Los Caprichos, the meaning behind the suite of prints and how they continue to relate to contemporary society some two centuries after their making. Chagoya appropriated Los Caprichos in 1999 for his own suite of prints, revisiting the work in the context of today's political and social issues.
